BEAUTY + BIENESTAR: "BECAUSE EATING HEALTHY IS HAIR CARE."

Food is something universal, one of the things I love the most about visiting family in Mexico is gathering at my parent's house and enjoying food, endless conversations and laughs. Every time I cook, somehow magically I get transported back to those moments, and suddenly my heart smiles. I want to create the same experience with "BEAUTY + BIENESTAR." A blog where you can find some incredible food recipes, healthy for you and your hair. Share them with your friends and family, and by that, I don't mean just forward them but physically prepare the meal together and enjoy each others company. Family and friends are all we truly have. Enjoy this recipe and share your pics on social @octaviohair 😄

The acidic nature of lemon helps tighten the hair follicles, curbing hair fall. It helps clean the scalp and unclog hair follicles.

When you consume this salt, you are actually getting less sodium intake per serving than regular table salt because it is less refined and the pieces are large.

The foods we eat are so important for the health of our hair and body, so pay close attention to what and how you eat. As always, do your research, make sure you are not allergic to any of the items listed above before consuming them 😃
