Avocado, Yams, Northern beans Salad.


One of my favorite recipes to make, it's easy, simple and highly nutritious. Pack with protein from the beans, healthy fats from the avocado and complex carbohydrates from the Yams. Give it a go and  share your pics on social @octaviohair

INGRIDIENTS + BENEFITS

Avocado

 

Avocados are high in vitamins B and E, which work at the cellular level to protect and strengthen hair. Vitamin B is essential for hair growth. Vitamin E helps repair damage on the scalp, which may slow or prevent hair growing

Yams 

Vitamin A (beta-carotene), Vitamin C, Manganese, Copper, and Vitamin b6. Great source of dietary fiber and phosphorous. Yams are anti inflammatory and improve blood sugar regulation. 

 

Northern Beans

Vitamin A, C, Calcium and Iron. 7 grams of protein and fiber.  This beans are an excellent source of dietary fiber and a very good source of both folate and manganese. They are also a good source of many minerals including copper, phosphorus, magnesium and iron. In addition, navy beans are a good source of protein and vitamin B1.
