INTRODUCING: BEAUTY + BIENESTAR 

One of my biggest passions in life other than doing hair its food, I often go back to those nights when I was a little kid, and I would come home (MEXICO) from school. My mother would serve a delicious bowl of homemade chicken soup; it warmed up my soul that's why when I am not cutting, styling or creating new hair products you will find me in my kitchen cooking.
 I wanted to create a series of blog post where I can share some acquired knowledge (not an expert over here)  about recipes that are healthy for you and your hair (yes, there is such a thing). I did quite an extensive research on these recipes, and my intentions are sole to share what has worked for me, I am a hair expert-wannabe chef. Always do your research.

Apricots: great source of Fiber, Vitamin A, and Antioxidants.

Blueberries: Amazing source of vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin E. Blueberries also aid hair growth by improving oxygenation and circulation of blood in the body, especially the scalp.

Tomatoes: Rich source of vitamins A and C, helps aid an itchy scalp and add shine to dull hair. 

Honey: Anti bacterial, anti fungal, helps with dandruff
