Includes:

Papaya: Keratin, Vitamins C and B, Potassium, Copper, and Fiber. These nutrients promote the health of the cardiovascular system and protect against colon cancer. Controls dandruff, and conditions hair. Controls pigment of skin and reduces wrinkles.

INGREDIENTS

- 1 PAPAYA

- 1 TBSP HONEY

- LEMON JUICE to taste

- 1/4 cup ALMOND YOGURT (optional)

 

1. Wash and chop Papaya.
